Titans

Kríos

In Greek mythology, the titan Kríos was the son of Uranus and Gaia (according to the Olympian myth), or he was the son of Eurynome and Ophion (according to the Pelasgian myth).

Krios joined the rebellion of the Titans against the Olympian gods, which lasted for eleven long years. While Zeus, on the advice of Gaia, freed the Cyclopes and the Storuk giants of the Hecatoncheires, Críos and the others were thrown into Tartarus after their defeat.

With his wife Eurybia (daughter of the god Pontus) he had three children, namely Asterios (father of the stars and winds), Pallas and Perses.
